Danny and I had a long layover in Vienna on May 6th, so we went into town to check out the local market (we had a canoodle mission) and see a few exhibits. We checked out a Magnum group show from 1955 at the Westlicht Gallery which was very cool. I would love to be a part of a photo group like Magnum -- can you imagine the casual conversation they must have over coffee? Then we wandered over to the Leopold Museum to see works by some of my favorite painters: Schiele and Klimt. It was a perfect way to break up the long flight from SF to Tel Aviv.

San Francisco

My friend, Steven, blew into town Monday night at midnight with his sights set on shooting as much of the city in 14 hours as possible... I showed him around and we shot in tandem. Busy day and LOADS of fun. Great way to get my eyeballs in shape for the Middle East trip.

Every time I see this city, I love it a little bit more.
